【公告】有关Esai CS1.6(DT OEM)说明

重点:
1.Steam V3即将来临,NS的路越来越难走
2.在NS下依靠C-D or VAC2反作弊都是无可持续性方案
3.客户端在3147/3213/3248/3266的用户不必升级到3305以上版本,因为CS1.6游戏特性无改变!

Steam现在升级是不是主要为了防盗版
