苛求:能否单独做一个屏蔽热键的插件

防住激光,屏蔽住ins和del是个好办法
但为了屏蔽键而安装RHLC实在不是好办法
而试了client_exec的插件,虽然unbind del,实际确没有用,作弊器依然能使用热键
我想麻烦高手单独做出一个类似RHLG的block_keys的插件来
我在amxx的官网看到这些代码,不知有没有用
