编译成功也不能用的啊！ 显示某命令有错误

在amxx里不能加载udp这个module啊，所以无法load amx_match那个插件

UDP好象是HLTV用的 如果把这个去掉也没什么关系 毕竟现在用HLTV的不怎么多

但还是不能呼出比赛菜单 哎 水平不行啊  所以发个源码让大家一起研究

注释掉#define USE_HLTV_SECTION
这行然后再编译，没有HLTV功能，因为最新的amxx具体是否支持怎么支持udp的还没有官方说明。

另外engclient_cmd命令在amxx中失效，所以比赛完半场自动交换功能无效，解决办法我已经贴在官方论坛。
