And....talking the simple solution

1. Extract the download file(you get the "files" & "crack" folder)
2. All copy of "Files" folder inside file after paste at cs:s folder
3. Copy of 2 file[Steam.dll & Steamengine.exe] at "Crack/Online play" folder after paste at cs:s folder
4. Game start!!
