【求助】CDnotify插件问题

请教大侠。。那个会用这个插件
我遇到一个问题。。就是在server。cfg里面设置了

cdnotify_style 4

插件是启用了 。。但是只会执行一次。也就是我设置cdnotify_style 2 黑屏、音效、 屏幕警告语句后 ，第1局还有作用。下局开始就没提示了。也不黑屏了。。我没开CD进去试了N次都这样
我用reconnect后一样。连屏都不黑了。只有语音提示
我把cdnotify_style 设置为0 更离谱得是踢都不踢 。杀死、黑屏、音效、 屏幕警告语句也只执行了一次！
请问大侠 我哪里设置错了？？？还是更其他插件有冲突？
我附上此插件大家研究下。。希望能帮我解决
