求助如何更新cs1.6我目前是3561

最近服务器不能在互联网里刷到
查了一下又看了认证服务连接不上。
又在论坛里查了一下原来是升级了。但是如何升级呢。
我的启动现在提示

我在启动参数里加的自动更新。是更新了。可是竟然出问题了。
我看也有其他帖子讨论这个。可是没有解决啊。
