将adminlist.txt存为UTF-8编码试试

OP通道怎样设置啊，在哪设置？还有OP的权限怎样设置？在哪设置才能成功，对那个Steam_ID我都不懂什么意思，你能详细说明一下吗？我们用AMXX　AMX习惯了，对于你这个新的插件还不太懂，有那么一点点意思，就等你老人家发话教我们了，别气，因为我们是菜鸟！  :em24:

昨天1.1.0h，今天（北京时间5月13日）就变1.1.0i了，更新MAP要谨慎。求稳定。

No new CVars in mani_server.cfg
No new translations in this version, but you must be up to date with at least V1.1.0d
